Among my finds the last couple of days: Twenty-six items of girls' clothing, like-new and freshly laundered, still on the hangers, thrown away in a Dumpster behind a row of shops. More Limited Too and similar brands, a couple of designer labels--and more camouflage chic, this time a Bongo brand skirt with pink detailing and sequins.
